Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what we need to send your order and, if you ask for it, our newsletter. Nothing is sold.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. Payment is handled by Shopify and the payment provider; card details never reach us or this website.
When you sign up for the newsletter or use the contact form: your email address, the page you signed up from, and anything you write in the message.
When you browse: anonymous usage statistics such as page views and rough country. We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
To make and send your order, answer your questions, and send the emails you asked for. That is all.
Who else sees it
Shopify (our shop and checkout), our payment provider, and the delivery carrier. Our website is served by Cloudflare. Each of them only receives what they need to do their part.
Your choices
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@titin.store. We reply within 30 days.
Order records are kept as long as tax rules require, then deleted.
