Shipping & returns
Everything is made by hand in small batches, so here is exactly what to expect.
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are started once you order and usually ship in 1 to 2 weeks. The wait is listed on every product page, under the price.
Personalized pieces take the same time as made-to-order. If you need something by a certain date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout from your address, and you see it before paying.
Orders are packed plastic-free, with tissue, twine and a handwritten note. Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking link is emailed when it ships.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@titin.store with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us.
What cannot be returned?
Personalized pieces and made-to-order items are final sale, because they were made specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.
If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full.
