Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted and again when it ships. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we contact you and refund it in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes stated at checkout. Import duties, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility.

Handmade means slight variation

Every piece is made by hand, so colors, stitches and sizes vary a little from the photos. That variation is the nature of handmade work, not a fault. Sizes listed on product pages are approximate.

Candles: trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn, never leave one unattended, and keep them away from children, pets and anything flammable.

Returns and problems

Our returns terms are on the shipping and returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
